- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lets be a little more realistic with our ratings here people. This is one of the most racist schools I have ever attended. Please google "Racist investigation at Louisville,OH high school". I graduated years ago, and to witness the way that my former class mates treated people who were of color was beyond embarrassing and sad. Thank God my parents did not raise me this way. It was just sickening. My first year attending this school was fine until a few fake friends had seen some pictures in my room and noticed that i socialized with people who were Indian, japanese and black. People of different cultures and backgrounds and some of the most friendly kind hearted souls you'll ever meet. Lets just say friendships, at this high school, didn't last long for me. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Pros: Met with us outside of normal business hours to show us homes for sale. Attempted to show us homes that had the amenities that we asked for. Cons: Could not effectively negotiate on our behalf on price or needed repairs. Refused to make an offer on a home he believed was refinanced multiple times. Failed to be present at closing. Convinced us to agree to allow sellers to reside in home 30 days after sale. Did not perform inspection 2 weeks prior to closing. Did not perform walk through inspection after closing. Did not perform walk through inspection after sellers vacated property. Did not perform walk through inspection with us when taking possession. Did not ensure negotiated repairs were completed or completed properly. Allowed us to forego home inspection. Did not provide standard Home Warranty provided by Realty One.
